Theresa James, LCSW

Are you exhausted and maybe even stuck in a constant loop of negativity running in your head? Does it seem overwhelmingly difficult trying to stop the never ending barrage of negative self-talk? 


I am an LCSW, who has extensive and diverse experience in the healthcare system in a variety of roles, most recently as a Registered Nurse. I believe in a holistic and integrative approach. I am prepared to validate, support and facilitate you in your journey towards mental wellbeing. As a trauma-informed care clinician, I use the tools of CBT, DBT, and EMDR to facilitate self-reflexion and redirection. You will then get to decide what changes are necessary to learn how to emotional regulate, improve your mindset, and create the life you desire to live.


During our time together your unique superpower will be activated if you are willing to show up for yourself in this way. By holding space for you during this process, I believe your own ability to heal will be activated from within.
